Ciao everyone, this is Maurizio Fiorino, a writer and journalist, but also a photographer, born in the deep south of Italy and who today, at almost forty years old, has found his balance living between Milan and New York (joking about balance, obviously).
I have published five novels and am currently working on my sixth book. I mostly photograph guys, and as a journalist, I mainly focus on art and culture. I regularly contribute to the Italian newspaper La Repubblica and its main supplements, which are Robinson and d. But I also write for other newspapers such as, for example, The Guardian. As a journalist, I have interviewed some of the greatest photographers in the world, such as Martin Parr and Raymond Depardon, Pierre et Gilles and Alex Majoli, Ferdinando Scianna, Walter Pfeiffer, Alessandra Sanguinetti, Christopher Anderson, and many, many others.
Anyway, enjoy browsing my website. Oh, one last thing: I'm always on the lookout for new stories to write, and if you have any stories to tell me, I'll be happy to read them, so please email me!
